Ken grew up in Summerville, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree at Lipscomb University and compieted his Master’s in Audiology at University of Georgia. Ken received his Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences.

He made the decision to open his own practice and Audiology Services of Chattanooga began operating in September of 1979. He is the Operating Officer and also serves as one of the hearing providers. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and various other national and regional audiology organizations.

Ken has been married to his wife Martha for 50 years, They have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and is involved with church activities.

Cheryl is a licensed Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been with Audiology Services of Chattanooga going on 15 years. Her scope of practice is performing audiometric testing to evaluate hearing levels, prescribing and fitting of hearing devices, as well as counselling patients on hearing conservation.

Cheryl is a member of International Hearing society, Hearing Society of Tennessee and serves as Secretary on the National Board Certification Executive Council. She was also the recipient of the National Emerging Professional Award presented by International Hearing Society 2018. Cheryl is very dedicated to helping her patients reconnect to life through better hearing. Her dedication and training to her profession allows her to give patients an advanced level of quality hearing healthcare.

Cheryl has been married to her husband Steve for 40 years. They have one son/daughter-in-law and one grandchild. Cheryl enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.

Shayne is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. He is a member of the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Society of Tennessee.

Shayne has been a hearing provider for over 20 years and is dedicated to serving his patients with the very best hearing healthcare.

His philosophy, when it comes to the care of his patients is to treat every patient as if they were family. He guides them through the process of recommendations and treatment for their hearing issues with compassion and understanding for their best outcome.

Shayne is married to his wife Ginger and they enjoy traveling and spending time with each other.
