Ken grew up in Summerville, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia. He graduated from the Audiology program at Georgia in 1974 and moved to the Chattanooga area shortly thereafter.

He completed his Doctorate in Audiology in May of 2001. He made the decision to open his own practice and Audiology Services of Chattanooga began operating in September of 1979. He is the Operating Officer and also serves as one of the audiologists. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and various other national and regional audiology organizations.

Ken has been married to his wife Martha for 40 years. They have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and reading, and is involved with church activities.

Cheryl is a licensed Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been with Audiology Services of Chattanooga going on 10 years.

Her scope of practice is performing audiometric testing to evaluate hearing levels, prescribing and fitting of hearing devices, as well as counselling patients on hearing conservation. Cheryl is a member of International Hearing society, Tennessee Hearing Society, and serves on the Managed Care and Compliance Committee (International Hearing Society). She was also the recipient of the National Emerging Professional Award presented by International Hearing Society 2018. Cheryl is very dedicated to helping her patients reconnect to life through better hearing. Her dedication and training to her profession allows her to give patients an advanced level of quality hearing healthcare.

Cheryl has been married to her husband Steve for 35 years. They have one son/daughter-in-law and one grandchild. Cheryl enjoys spending time traveling, reading, and church activities.
