“I developed an interest in healthcare while earning my undergraduate degree at David Lipscomb College in Nashville. I learned about hearing care in my speech communications class and knew the field of audiology was for me. The prospect of being able to help improve people’s hearing – and their quality of life – seemed very rewarding on both a personal and professional level. I went on to earn a master’s degree and doctoral degree in audiology and today bring my patients over three decades of experience.
“I really enjoy coming to the office each day and caring for my patients. I personally greet them with a friendly ‘Hello’ in our reception area prior to their hearing exam or hearing aid fitting. I also spend the time necessary with my patients to go over the results of their hearing exams, answer their questions and explain their treatment options. It’s the same level of personalized care that I would want for my own family members.”

Dr. Klee volunteers her time to several community organizations, including her local church and Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
“I knew that I wanted to become an audiologist during my sophomore year in college. This was partly influenced by my father, who is an audiologist, too. Hearing him talk about his job and how much he enjoyed helping people on a daily basis was very interesting to me. When I made the decision to pursue a career in audiology, I also made a commitment to advanced training and education. This includes both a master’s degree and doctoral degree in audiology.
“I have been helping people overcome their hearing problems since 1984. I always take the time to listen, to care and to work with each of my patients at their own pace. I will use my experience and today’s state-of-the-art hearing tests to identify the degree of hearing loss and then recommend the most appropriate hearing instrument. And it all takes place in a caring atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.”

“My lifelong interest in healthcare and my desire to improve people’s lives led me to the field of audiology. My favorite classes during college were the ones that dealt with speech communications and child psychology. After graduation, I worked in the public school system for almost five years as a speech pathologist, which was very rewarding to me. Knowing that a career in hearing care was my ultimate goal, I went back to college and earned my master’s degree in audiology from the University of Tennessee.
“I like that there are always new developments being made in all areas of hearing care — everything from innovative diagnostic capabilities to state-of-the-art digital hearing aids. These changes can help patients overcome their hearing problems like never before. Lastly, I offer my patients more than the latest technology. I also offer them the unhurried, friendly and focused care they really appreciate... every step of the way.”
