Appointments.

If you or a loved one is suffering from a hearing disability call the Audiology Services of Chattanooga near you in Chattanooga at (423) 894-1133 or Signal Mountain at (423) 475-5391. You can also use our online Request an Appointment form. If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
