President of Audiology Services of Chattanooga

Ken grew up in Summerville, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia. He graduated from the Audiology program at Georgia in 1974 and moved to the Chattanooga area shortly thereafter. He completed his Doctorate in Audiology in May of 2001. He made the decision to open his own practice and Audiology Services of Chattanooga began operating in September of 1979. He is the Operating Officer and also serves as one of the audiologists. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and various other national and regional Audiology organizations. Ken has been married to his wife Martha for 40 years. They have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and reading, and is involved with Church activities.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Cheryl was born and raised in the North Georgia area. She was educated at Chattanooga State and worked for many years with a group of Ear Nose and Throat physicians. While there, she was trained as an X-ray technician and served as an assistant to the physicians. Cheryl then became a realtor and worked in that capacity for several years. Cheryl has been with Audiology Services going on eight years. She began as practice manager due to her business acumen. After understanding the needs of the patients at Audiology Services, Cheryl realized that she had a heart for our patients and had a deep desire to become more involved in their treatment and care. Cheryl sought and found avenues to be trained as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. After many months of formal training and several more months of apprenticeship under Dr. Parker, Cheryl successfully passed the written and practical examinations given by the state of Tennessee. Cheryl is now a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and will be seeing and caring for patients. She is a member of the International Hearing Society, Tennessee Hearing Society, and Audiological Resource Association. Cheryl has been married to her husband Steve for 30+ years. They have one grown son and daughter-in-law. Cheryl enjoys her work at Audiology Services but also reading, traveling and church activities.

Kathy was born and raised in Dayton, TN, moved to Charlotte, NC with her husband Chris in 1991 and moved back to the North Georgia area in 2002. Over the years she has worked in a dental office in Charlotte, for the Catoosa County School System and at The Lantern of Collegedale for Morning Pointe and has recently joined Audiology Services. Kathy’s duties include answering the phone, making appointments, welcoming patients, and many office task. She has been married to her husband Chris for 27 yrs and they have 3 college age sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and church activities.

Savannah was born and raised in the greater Chattanooga area. She graduated from Ringgold High School, where she received her CNA certificate and worked in direct patient care. She has also worked other health care related jobs including being an administrative assistant for Health Services Associates. Savannah has a passion for serving the Lord and caring for others. She has participated in many volunteer activities such as helping disabled children ride horses and is a member of a service organization group. She currently attends Dalton State College where she is working toward a nursing degree and aspires to be a Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, she loves doing outdoor activities such as kayaking,hiking, and camping.
